Quotation marks
The use of the website  www.my-myth.gr is governed by these general terms, which the visitor / user is invited to read carefully, as the use of the website implies their unconditional acceptance. In case the visitor / user does not agree with the terms of use of this, he must not use the services and the content of the website.

The terms of use may be revised and updated at any time without notice. The visitor / user is kindly requested to check the terms of use of the website at regular intervals, as its continuous use implies that it accepts their respective modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify or even temporarily suspend a field / facility / service and / or all of them.

The Company may collect and process personal data of the visitors / users of the website, for the processing of which they themselves consented at the same time with the use of the Business website (specifically IP address, place and time of connection), and in accordance with the Policy Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data (see Chapter C below).

The Company complies with national and European legislation regarding the Protection of Personal Data. The data collected in case the visitor / user submits using a service, are not disclosed to third parties and are not exploited or further disposed of, except as provided by law and / or to the extent required for full and effective performance of the service, as described in more detail in the Privacy and Privacy Policy.

No registration is required to browse the site. However, since the site is also addressed to professionals in the Industry (wholesale), if you wish to register in it ( www.my-myth.gr) we will ask you to create an account, some of your personal information (name, surname, TIN, e-mail, headquarters). If you wish, you can provide us with some additional optional information (name, phone). Your personal data is requested to ensure that you are a professional in the industry and in no case is it disclosed to third parties.

Trademarks & Intellectual / Industrial Property Rights
The use, copying and marketing of the trademarks and logos that appear on the website in any way is prohibited.

The software, the source code, the database and the design as well as all the content of this website, which includes texts, graphics, images, photos, drawings, videos, sounds, etc. (hereinafter “the Content”) are the intellectual property of the Company, and are protected as such by applicable national, Community and international law.

The Content of the website is available to the visitor / user for personal use and is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company. Prior written written permission of the Company is required for the realization of any other use by a visitor / user. It is forbidden to any visitor / user of the website to market, copy, reproduce, retransmit in any way the Content of the website in violation of these terms.

Exceptionally, exclusively for his own use [provided that he recognizes the source and the author and does not alter in any way the Content, and / or for the purposes of promoting the intellectual work of the Company] the visitor / user may make copies (physical and / or electronic), as well as to reproduce and / or retransmit (share) posts on the current site on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google).

The products, services, trademarks and third party content that may appear on the pages of the website, are the intellectual and industrial property of third parties, who are responsible for satisfying any claim from any infringement of other persons’ rights, such as copyrights and industrial property, etc., excluded

explicitly any responsibility of the Company for the content or security of these sites.

The Company does not technically exercise any control before referring to a hyperlink and therefore does not bear any responsibility for the content, functionality, quality and completeness of these services. The same goes for banners.

5. Cancellation – Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS

If the customer wishes to cancel his order, he should contact directly by phone or e-mail to notify the company of his intention. In this case the company will inform the customer about the possibilities of cancellation depending on the stage at which the progress of the order is. If the customer’s order has already been shipped, then cancellation of the order is not possible.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement only when, through proven fault of  www.my-myth.gr or the courier company that undertook the shipment, the wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in invoicing, shipment, etc.) and in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect or alteration in the product upon receipt.

The customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 14 days from the day of delivery. What should be noted is that in all cases the products must be returned in the condition they were delivered, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product. In case they are not returned within 14 days, www.my-myth.gr has the right not to accept any refund or replacement of products. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the accompanying document (eg Retail Receipt, etc.). Before each return it is necessary to consult with the online store of  www.my-myth.gr either at 6972214807 or at info@my-myth.com

In any case the return and replacement should be done as follows:

– contact the Online Store the same or the next working day by phone or e-mail.

– the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (eg, Retail Rep. Etc.)

Specifically:

– In case we sent you the wrong product or quantity, we send you the right one and bear the cost of transport, old and new product.

– In case the order is correct and the product is delivered even but does not make you, you can change it within 14 days (with its complete packaging), assuming the cost of return with the cooperating courier company of www.my-myth.gr

– In case of withdrawal, www.my-myth.gr must return to the consumer the price of the product if the withdrawal is made within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition. The amount of the refund due to withdrawal will not include the cost of returning the product to the company www.my-myth.gr with the cooperating courier company of www.my-myth.gr

– www.my-myth.gr assumes the risk of any damage during the transport of the product, until it comes into the possession of the buyer. In case the courier company of www.my-myth.gr causes any damage to the product, then www.my-myth.gr is obliged to take back the order and replace it with a new one.

– In case the recipient refuses to receive the products sent by the cooperating courier company for reasons and reasons that www.my-myth.gr and the cooperating courier company do not bear any responsibility, then he is not entitled to a refund of the money paid.

6. Limitation of Liability – Disclaimer

The services, options and Content of the website are provided “as is” without any warranty or provision of assurances / guarantees by the Company. The Company does not undertake that the above services and the Content will be provided without interruption, without errors, that the errors will be corrected immediately or that all the questions posed to it will be answered.

Similarly, the Company does not warrant that the website or any other related website or the servers (“servers”) through which the content is made available to the visitor / user are provided free of “viruses” or other harmful components. The cost of any corrections or services is borne by the visitor / user and in no case the Company.

Finally, the Company, under o

any conditions, including the case of negligence, are not responsible for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor / user of the website, services, options and Content of the website which he uses on his own initiative and with the knowledge of these terms.

7. Visitor / user responsibility

The visitor / user of the website assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the website by misuse or improper use of the relevant services. For any damage or moral damage caused through our services, from the posting, publication or notification of any content by a visitor / user, the visitor / user is solely responsible for its restoration.

B. Cookies Policy

Πολιτική Απορρήτου και Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα\

1. Ποιος είναι υπεύθυνος για τα δεδομένα σας – Που απευθύνεστε για την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων σας; 

1.1. Yπεύθυνος Επεξεργασίας των Δεδομένων σας είναι η Επιχείρηση.

1.2. Στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση επικοινωνίας της Επιχείρησης μπορείτε να απευθύνετε το σύνολο των αιτημάτων για άσκηση των κατωτέρω (υπό 3.1- 3.7.) δικαιωμάτων σας.

2. Γενικές αρχές που τηρεί η Επιχείρηση σχετικά με την διαφανή πληροφόρηση

2.1. Κάθε πληροφορία που σας δίνουμε με το παρόν έγγραφο αλλά και κάθε πληροφορία που τυχόν μας ζητήσετε στο μέλλον σας παρέχεται δωρεάν υπό την επιφύλαξη το αίτημα να μην ασκείται κατ’ επανάληψη, καθ’ υπερβολή ή να είναι προδήλως αδικαιολόγητο (βλ. περισσότερα στο 2.3.)

2.2. Για κάθε ένα από τα ως άνω δικαιώματα που ασκείτε η Επιχείρηση θα σας απαντήσει εντός ενός (1) μηνός από την παραλαβή του αιτήματος ή σε περίπτωση αντικειμενικής δυσκολίας, πολυπλοκότητας του αιτήματος ή του αριθμού των αιτημάτων, η Επιχείρηση θα ανταποκριθεί το μέγιστο σε περίοδο συνολικά τριών (3) μηνών σχετικά είτε με την περαίωση της αίτησής σας ή την δικαιολογημένη άρνηση να εκτελέσει αυτό που ζητήσατε για νόμιμους λόγους που ρητώς προσδιορίζονται στον Γενικό Κανονισμό 679/2016.

2.3. Σε περίπτωση κατά την οποία η Επιχείρηση κρίνει πως κάποιο από τα ανωτέρω δικαιώματά σας ασκείται προδήλως αβάσιμα ή το αίτημα είναι υπερβολικό ή (πολύ περισσότερο) έχει επαναλαμβανόμενο χαρακτήρα δικαιούται αφενός να επιβάλει την επιβάρυνσή σας με κάποιο εύλογο τέλος στην παροχή περαιτέρω πληροφόρησης (η οποία είναι καταρχήν δωρεάν) και αφετέρου να αρνηθεί να δώσει συνέχεια στο αίτημα.

2.4. Σε περίπτωση κατά την οποία η Επιχείρηση έχει εύλογες αμφιβολίες σχετικά με τη ταυτότητά σας όταν υποβάλλετε αίτημα για την άσκηση κάποιου εκ των ανωτέρω δικαιωμάτων σας, μπορεί να ζητήσει την παροχή πρόσθετων πληροφοριών αναγκαίων για την επιβεβαίωση της ταυτότητάς σας πριν την διεκπεραίωση του αιτήματος.

2.5. Σε περίπτωση κατά την οποία η Επιχείρηση καθυστερεί πέραν του δικαιολογημένου διαστήματος να ανταποκριθεί στην αίτησή σας καθώς και σε κάθε περίπτωση που θεωρείτε ότι παραβιάζονται τα δικαιώματά σας ή η Επιχείρηση δεν είναι συνεπής προς τις υποχρεώσεις φύλαξης των δεδομένων σας δικαιούσθε να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στην εποπτική αρχή. 2.6.  Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να ανακαλέσετε την παρασχεθείσα συγκατάθεσή σας ανά πάσα στιγμή με την υποβολή σχετικού εγγράφου αιτήματός σας στην διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου info@my-myth.com (βλ. 1.2)

3. Ποια είναι τα Δικαιώματά σας σε σχέση με τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που μας διαθέσατε;

3.1 Δικαίωμα Ενημέρωσης 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να αιτηθείτε πληροφόρησης σχετικά με τα δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα που λάβαμε από εσάς και διατηρούμε για κάποιο ή κάποιους σκοπούς όπως αυτοί περιγράφονται κατωτέρω. Το παρόν κείμενο αποτελεί στο σύνολό του ένα εγχειρίδιο βασικής πληροφόρησης και κατανόησης της φιλοσοφίας του κανονιστικού πλαισίου που διέπει την προστασία των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων. Επικαιροποίηση, εμβάθυνση και διευκρινήσεις σε αυτό το κείμενο μπορούν να σας δοθούν κατόπιν υποβολής σχετικού αιτήματος για άσκηση του δικαιώματος ενημέρωσης. (βλ. πως στο 1.2)

3.2 Δικαίωμα Πρόσβασης

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να αιτηθείτε από την Επιχείρηση μας πρόσβαση στα στοιχεία σας τα οποία διατηρούμε και επιβεβαίωση σε σχέση με το αν τυγχάνουν επεξεργασίας και πιο συγκεκριμένα πληροφόρηση σχετικά με τους σκοπούς επεξεργασίας, τις κατηγορίες δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, τους αποδέκτες ή τις κατηγορίες αποδεκτών, το χρονικό διάστημα διατήρησης και επεξεργασίας τους, την ύπαρξη δικαιώματος καταγγελίας στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, κάθε διαθέσιμη πληροφορία σχετικά με την προέλευση των δεδομένων όταν αυτά δεν έχουν διατεθεί από εσάς τους ίδιους, την ύπαρξη ή μη αυτοματοποιημένης λήψης αποφάσεων συμπεριλαμβανομένης της κατάρτισης προφίλ και την σχετική μεθοδολογία, εγγυήσεις σχετικά με την πολιτική που ακολουθούμε όταν η διαβίβαση γίνεται σε τρίτες χώρες, αντίγραφο των προσωπικών δεδομένων που τηρούνται και τυγχάνουν επεξεργασίας. 3.3 Δικαίωμα Διόρθωσης 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να αιτηθείτε από την Επιχείρηση μας διόρθωση των δεδομένων σας σε περίπτωση που κάποιο στοιχείο από αυτά για τα οποία έχουμε δικαίωμα επεξεργασίας έχει αλλάξει ή έχει εσφαλμένα καταχωρηθεί. (βλ. πως στο 1.2)

3.4 Δικαίωμα Διαγραφής 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να αιτηθείτε από την Επιχείρηση μας πλήρη ή μερική διαγραφή των δεδομένων σας στα οποία έχουμε δικαίωμα τήρησης και επεξεργασίας είτε επειδή αυτά δεν είναι πια απαραίτητα για την εκπλήρωση των σκοπών για τους οποίους συλλέχθηκαν, είτε επειδή ανακαλείτε την συναίνεσή σας, είτε επειδή τα δεδομένα συλλέχθηκαν για σκοπό που κρίνετε παράνομο. Η Επιχείρηση μας, σε εύλογο χρόνο (όχι μεγαλύτερο του ενός μήνα και υπό προϋποθέσεις αν υπάρχει δυσκολία όχι μεγαλύτερο των τριών συνολικά μηνών) θα σας απαντήσει επιβεβαιώνοντας την ολική ή μερική διαγραφή αντίστοιχα των δεδομένων σας ή σχετικά με την αδυναμία διαγραφής συγκεκριμένων δεδομένων αν κάποιος νόμος ή η εκπλήρωση κάποιου καθήκοντος  υπέρ του δημοσίου συμφέροντος, είτε το δικαίωμα ελευθερίας έκφρασης και ενημέρωσης ή η άσκηση ή υποστήριξη κάποιας νομικής αξίωσης επιβάλλει τη διατήρησή τους. Στην περίπτωση αυτή έχετε αφενός μεν δυνατότητα καταγγελίας στην εποπτική αρχή, αφετέρου δε άσκησης δικαστικής προσφυγής. (βλ. πως στο 1.2.)

3.5 Δικαίωμα Περιορισμού 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να αιτηθείτε από την Επιχείρηση μας περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων σας, ποσοτικά, χρονικά ή και αναφορικά με τον σκοπό επεξεργασίας τους και πιο συγκεκριμένα (α) είτε επειδή αμφισβητείτε την ακρίβεια των δεδομένων σας και για όσο χρόνο χρειαστεί η Επιχείρηση για να επιβεβαιώσει την ακρίβειά τους, (β) είτε γιατί κρίνετε παράνομη την επεξεργασία αλλά αντί διαγραφής επιλέγετε περιορισμό (γ) είτε επειδή δεν είναι πλέον αναγκαία η χρήση τους  από την Επιχείρηση αλλά δεν επιθυμείτε τη διαγραφή τους καθώς η διατήρησή τους θα σας εξυπηρετήσει για κάποια δικαστική αξίωση, (δ) είτε στην περίπτωση κατά την οποία έχετε αντιρρήσεις σχετικά με την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων και μέχρι να επαληθευθεί αν υπερισχύουν τα δικαιώματά σας ως Υποκειμένου έναντι των νομίμων λόγων επεξεργασίας της Επιχείρησης. (βλ. πως στο 1.2.)

3.6 Δικαίωμα Φορητότητας 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να λαμβάνετε τα δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα που μας έχετε διαθέσει σε δομημένο κοινώς χρησιμοποιούμενο και αναγνώσιμο από μηχανήματα μορφότυπο καθώς και το δικαίωμα να τα διαβιβάζετε περαιτέρω χωρίς αντίρρηση, δεδομένου ότι η επεξεργασία των δεδομένων σας γίνεται στη βάση παροχής συναίνεσης. Στο πλαίσιο της άσκησης του συγκεκριμένου δικαιώματος έχετε επιπλέον τη δυνατότητα να αιτηθείτε άμεσης διαβίβασης από την Επιχείρηση στον τρίτο φορέα χωρίς τη δική σας μεσολάβηση.

Το παρόν δικαίωμα ασκείται με την επιφύλαξη των περιορισμών του δικαιώματος διαγραφής (βλ. ανωτέρω υπό 3.4.) και η άσκησή του δεν μπορεί να επηρεάζει δυσμενώς τα δικαιώματα και τις ελευθερίες άλλων. (βλ. πως στο 1.2.)

3.7 Δικαίωμα Εναντίωσης 

Διατηρείτε το δικαίωμα να εναντιώνεσθε σε τυχόν χρήση των δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα σας για τον σκοπό της απευθείας εμπορικής προώθησης και δη κατάρτισης προφίλ που σχετίζεται με αυτή την απευθείας εμπορική προώθηση. (βλ. πως στο 1.2.)

4. Μπορεί τα δεδομένα σας να προωθηθούν και κάπου αλλού;

Τα δεδομένα σας δεν προβλέπεται να αποτελέσουν αντικείμενο διαβίβασης προς οιονδήποτε οργανισμό εκτός της Επιχείρησης με εξαίρεση (α) τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης των ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων και δικτύων της Επιχείρηση μας – και προς τον αποκλειστικό σκοπό της εκτέλεσης εκ μέρους τους της σύμβασης για υποστήριξη της Επιχείρησης μας και (β) τις αρμόδιες αστυνομικές/ δικαστικές αρχές στο πλαίσιο της υποχρεωτικής  συμμόρφωσής μας με την νομοθεσία και στο μέτρο (και υπό την προϋπόθεση) που αυτό τυχόν απαιτηθεί.

5. Εγγυήσεις 

Σας διαβεβαιώνουμε ότι η Επιχείρηση θα εξαντλήσει κάθε τεχνικό και οργανωτικό μέτρο προστασίας των Δεδομένων και θα κάνει την βέλτιστη, ελάχιστη και απολύτως αναγκαία μόνο χρήση και επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων όπως ο νόμος ορίζει και αυστηρώς και αποκλειστικώς για τον σκοπό για τον οποίο μας τα έχετε διαθέσει.

ΙΙ. Ειδικές διατάξεις για τις επιμέρους κατηγορίες Υποκειμένων Προσωπικών Δεδομένων που συντρέχουν σωρευτικά με τις ανωτέρω γενικές διατάξεις της Πολιτικής

Α. ΧΡΗΣΤΕΣ ΙΣΤΟΣΕΛΙΔΑΣ  

Α.1. Σκοπός: Η λήψη, επεξεργασία και διατήρηση των δεδομένων σας που λαμβάνονται (by default) από την Επιχείρηση για να είναι δυνατή η χρήση (η ανάγνωση) του site ήτοι η διεύθυνση IP, ο τόπος και ο χρόνος σύνδεσής σας και ο πάροχος της υπηρεσίας σύνδεσης με το διαδίκτυο (εταιρείες τηλεπικοινωνίας), γίνεται για τον αποκλειστικό σκοπό της χρήσης της ιστοσελίδας.

Α.2. Νομιμοποιητική βάση επεξεργασίας:  Νομιμοποιητική βάση της επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων σας αποτελεί η το γεγονός ότι η επεξεργασία είναι απαραίτητη για την εκπλήρωση των εννόμων συμφερόντων που επιδιώκει η Επιχείρηση.

Α.3. Χρόνος Διατήρησης: Τα ως άνω δεδομένα σας θα διατηρηθούν για όσο χρόνο λειτουργεί η ιστοσελίδα της Επιχείρηση και έπειτα θα διαγραφούν.

Β. ΛΗΠΤΕΣ ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑΣ

Β.1. Σκοπός: Η λήψη, επεξεργασία και διατήρηση των δεδομένων σας που δόθηκαν αποκλειστικά στο πλαίσιο της επικοινωνίας (ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση) γίνεται για την ικανοποίηση του αποκλειστικού σκοπού της ενημέρωσής σας για τα προϊόντα και τις δράσεις της Επιχείρησης.

 Β.2.. Νομιμοποιητική βάση επεξεργασίας: Νομιμοποιητική  βάση της επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων σας αποτελεί η συναίνεσή σας σε αυτήν προς εκπλήρωση των αντίστοιχων ως άνω σκοπών, κατ’ άρθρον 6 παρ. 1 στοιχείο α του Κανονισμού περί προστασίας δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα.

Β.3. Χρόνος Διατήρησης Δεδομένων: Για την εκπλήρωση του ως άνω σκοπού επεξεργασίας, ήτοι την ενημέρωσή σας για τα προϊόντα και τις δράσεις μας θεωρούμε εύλογο και αναγκαίο χρόνο διατήρησης των σχετικών δεδομένων σας το διάστημα πέντε (5) ετών. Μετά την παρέλευση πέντε ετών από τον χρόνο λήψης της συγκατάθεσής σας  τα σχετικά δεδομένα θα διαγράφονται  εκτός εάν παρασχεθεί εκ νέου συναίνεση από μέρους σας υπό τους ανωτέρω όρους.
